Order preparation

Once payment is authorized, allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your Owala order. This is separate from transit time. Check the destination and any delivery charge shown at checkout before completing the order.

In transit

After dispatch, the carrier's estimated travel time is 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded. Tracking can take time to update, and an estimate does not promise delivery on a particular date.

Shipment questions

For a delay, missing parcel, delivered scan without a parcel, or transit damage, write to reeveswilliam6003897@gmail.com. Include your order number, checkout email and tracking reference; retain the package and photographs where useful. Your applicable legal rights are not limited.
