Which Owala option fits?

Look at the actual color, capacity, size, material or style shown on each bottle, tumbler, bag, pet or care-item listing. Images and option selectors help distinguish the choice you are ordering.

How long does shipping take?

After authorization, preparation ordinarily takes 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier travel after dispatch adds 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Delivery services and charges appear at checkout; see our Shipping Policy for parcel assistance.

May I return or exchange it?

Request an eligible return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We accept new defective and non-defective goods; non-defective goods must remain unused and in original condition. Approval comes before mailing. The free prepaid label is included in the parcel, and there is no restocking fee.
